I love that my dog loves to be be there. I enjoy all the activities they do with dogs during the holidays. They send home little gifts that the dogs make and it just is so cute. They take good care of my soul pup.

Convenient, reasonably priced.

It is always easy to get an appointment. Staff is friendly. I like the ability to use the Webcam to check on my dog.

We adore Dogtopia in La Grange. My dog, Sully loves going to his fun place! As you all know, he drags me inside bc he can’t contain himself. Thank you for always knowing who he when we walk through the door!

I feel like you all do a great job greeting at the door and staying organized, I especially love the camera that allows us to see what our dog does while we are away! Our dog seems to enjoy it there because he is excited to come in when we bring him. However, each time I come to pick him up, he smells very bad. Not just regular dog boarding/daycare smell (that’s to be expected), but like he was stepping on/laying in throw up – with some of it in his hair upon pick up, and his breath smelling like it too. Is there a chance you could work on either informing us if he threw up, and making sure if there is throw up that it is cleaned quickly?

I like the the extended times and the team that knows every dog and its temperament. Plus it is close.

My pup gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot! It is reassuring to know the newest member of our family is getting such good care while we are at work .

I love how eagerly Desi goes in there, how reluctantly he comes home. I love how you made the most difficult time in my life a little bit easier.
