We have been with the LO location since opening. Recently, the last 2 weeks, whenever we have picked up our dog, he smells SO bad! This hasn’t been an issue before. Both times he has smelled like a kennel that hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Even when we picked him up, the front desk area smelled bad. One, it makes me EXTREMELY concerned over the cleanliness of the location now (as dogs can easily get sick from such an environment) and 2, we literally had to give our dog a full bath as soon as we got home. Our dog is a husky so bathes are NOT an easy task. So long story short it makes us not want to come back. What is going on? We really love coming here and so does our dog. I would definitely like a call or some communication about this matter. I will definitely be following up with the location as well.

Friendly and reliable staff. I am surprised that a business with nap much staff turnover still runs so smoothly and friendly.
Seems to be a lot of turnover with staff, you have had, and lost, some exceptional employees.
There are times, I have waited up to 20 minutes to get my pup. There are often times when no one is at the front counter. Recently there were people leaving because it took so long to get their pup taken back.
Additionally, it seems the facility is not as clean as it used to be. The entry carpet has not been vacuumed in at least a week.
Thank you for listening. I do feel the majority of employees love and care for my doggie. I believe employee satisfaction will be key to 10 Star success.
Great staff that takes loving care of our mini doxie. We have taken our dog to Dogtopia for 2 years and couldn’t be happier. Keep up the great work!
