The kindness that all employees provide for my dog. The flexibility of bringing in my dog for daycare. The ability to board my dog even though he has epilepsy and requires daily meds.

After Millie’s boarding, her feeding tray (3 tier puzzle tray) was not included in her belongings, and we had to purchase a new one. Didn’t notice till we were home 25 miles away.
We love how enthusiastic the staff is about dogs and so thoughtful about our dog. I know my pup is happy to be there. He wiggles with delight when we arrive
