Caring staff that love dogs.
Friendly staff that are good with my dog!
Friendly staff. Our dog is always excited to go. I love being able to watch on the webcam.

Goof facility, but expensive.

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. My dog seemed to have enjoyed her day there and was relaxed and tired when I picked her up.
More extensive video cams and better reliability. Also, new app roll out was confusing. Nancy still unable to connect.
After Millie’s boarding, her feeding tray (3 tier puzzle tray) was not included in her belongings, and we had to purchase a new one. Didn’t notice till we were home 25 miles away.
We love how enthusiastic the staff is about dogs and so thoughtful about our dog. I know my pup is happy to be there. He wiggles with delight when we arrive
