I have the login for the cameras but it continuously says that the cameras are off. How can I check in on my dog? Also, I’m wondering how often my dog has access to water. They come home very thirsty.
I know staffing has been an issue; everyone working there is great, but some days there aren’t enough people working to take care of the dogs as well as I’d hope.
Very friendly staff. My dog is happy to arrive and gets excited to see the staff. That is a good sign!
My Toby loves coming to Dogtopia. Everyone is so caring towards the dogs.
Our other dog used to go to another dog daycare (10-5 years ago) and I would get a personal note about how our dog did that day. Who she played with, what her general temperament was like etc. It was a nice touch.
The service here is excellent and it’s a great place to drop off my dog.
Check in and out was seem less. Loved being able to see my dog on camera to check on her being her first time there. Staff was very kind.
