We love the safe environment and our dog has the best time!
It appears with the new crew, that there is an understaffing issue. Many times no one is in front because they need to assist in the back. Makes me wonder if my dog is being properly supervised while there.
Friendly, helpful and they love my dog. Reasonably priced.
The staff get to know each customer and their pet and provide personalized care.
My dog enjoys being there, even during spa treatments 🙂

My pup leaves there clearly happy to have been there. Tail wagging – lots of energy, in a great mood. What else could you ask for?
Very friendly staff. They are responsive and helpful, and appear to genuinely love dogs. And, my big fluffy dog got the best bath ever ! Will definitely be back.
I love that I can watch him on the webcam. He’s happy and tired when he comes home.
