I like that my dog is out interacting with other dogs and not spending most of his time in a crate when I board him.

The staff are friendly, great with our dog, and the facility is clean. Most of all, our dog loves going to daycare!

Reacher has been going to Dogtopia twice a week since he was 4 months old (with a short break from 7-12 months while waiting for his neuter surgery). He is now 4 yo. Pat was the manager when Reacher was young and he was the best! He knew my name and my husband’s, always told us about what Reacher did that day, he did super-creative photos with the dogs and would text them to me, he would post the pictures on Instagram…he was so good!! Now, nothing. “Who are you here for? Reacher.” Calls back for Reacher and hands him off. No comments at all about anything. He is a regular, two days a week for daycare, some grooming, and boards several times a year…I’m hoping he’ll get to be dog of the week at some point. There was another great employee named Sam too. So friendly. Now it seems like the employees don’t even smile and it makes me sad. 🙁
