I really appreciate that the staff makes my dog feel as special as I think she is. The facility is clean and the team is responsive to my questions. I love the different events you do with the dogs during the month. I recently returned from a business trip to pick my dog up and there was a mother’s day card for me from my dog. I absolutely loved that!!!!!
Train the staff how to put on Gentle Leader correctly when dogs are going home.

Staff is friendly. Dogs are well behaved, and closely monitored.
The employee turnover is quite high. It would be nice to have some consistency.
