My dog loves it there for daycare and has boarded there also. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and love my dog.
I love taking my dog to LO Dogtopia but I feel and see noticeable changes in the last. 2 weeks. The new staff seem less friendly and less customer service oriented and it seems that you are significantly understaffed at this location. There are more delays than I was previously used to.
I would have given you a 10 two weeks ago if I completed this survey then, but the last 2 weeks have made it go down a couple of notches. My dog seems happy though with his doggy buddies and i hope to see better improvements with staff in the coming weeks.

Caring staff, attention to the needs of the dogs, clean facility and welcoming environment. The staff is always friendly and emphasize the health and care for the dogs. Dogtopia is the best! I recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner wanting excellent care for their dog.
