When I kenneled one of my dogs at Christmas, he wasn’t eating while there. This went on for 9 days. I did not receive a phone call advising me. My dog was excessively thin when I picked him up. Worryingly so.
On the other side, my other dog just thrived (s) there.
Need to pay more attention to the “underdog”. A phone call for sure.
Friendly, competent staff plus my dog seem very excited when we go to Dogtopia.
Clean, friendly. But the staff do not match the website demonstration of person working with the dogs training them and interacting.
We love the people and the pooches at Dogtopia. Coco feels very at home there.

Everyone I have met at LO Dogtopia has been so friendly! The establishment is clean and efficiently ran! I appreciate the access to webcams to check in on our pup when he is away and know he is having so much fun! Thank you for taking great care of our little pup!
