I took my pup for a meet and greet.
At the pickup I was told I could bring her back for three free days in the next six days. So I scheduled the three days. When I picked her up from the third day I was told I was charged for the day because I had already used all three free days. Not true but I didn’t have time to deal with it. So either the person on the first day gave me the wrong information or the person on the sixth day charged me incorrectly. Would love to get this straightened out.

We are so fortunate to have learned about your organization and the quality of care and attention that your staff has provided for our dog Calvin during his frequent stays when we have been away. The opportunity to view him on TV during our absence has certainly reconfirmed our satisfaction.
The only negative comment that we can provide would be regarding the need for additional information you might require PRIOR to our arrival for our dog’s stay. We live quite a distance away from your LO facility, so it is difficult to go back and forth sometimes to satisfy your additional requirements for copies of documentary items like proof of shots.
Also it was a big surprise to learn, after we had dropped Calvin off, that he could not wear his chain collar while in with the other dogs. He had worn it in several previous visits. We had driven very far away, before we got your message. We could not come back, so you had quite a struggle getting it off.
All it would have taken is a warning AHEAD, to eliminate these stressors in both cases.
We humbly suggest better communication a day or two before the dog’s scheduled stay.
