100% the staff is what we love best. They care for our Reggie as is he was their own. Recently they alerted us to a potentially serious medical issue. We followed up and our lovable pet is back to his very active self. We are so grateful.
As for the facility, we could not ask for more. Having a grooming/spa service available is so convenient.
Everyone that works at this location loves the dogs that come here. The owner is very enthusiastic and I think that rubs off on all those around her. They are very flexible with scheduling my dog for a visit. They initiate a lot of fun activities with the dogs on holidays and that makes it more fun for the dogs, (and the owners).
I really like that there is a camera option for dog owners to see their dogs
The staff is excellent and really care about your dog.
My dog is very happy there. They are kind and caring and I feel comfortable leaving my dog and knowing that she will be safe and well taken care of!

We use Dogtopia for boarding and an as needed daycare. Our boy begins to realize where we are heading a few blocks away is out of his mind excited to run inside. I peek in on him throughout the day on the Webcams and all the dogs are getting love and having so much fun. He is usually knocked out from all the fun he had. 150% would recommend!
