The staff is willing to work with so many levels of your dog’s background! For example, if you’re a first-time doggie daycare parent, an introduction day is set up to get acquainted with the facility and process!
So helpful when both parent and pet are coming in with lots of questions!

Staff is friendly and the play areas are clean and well tended. I feel my dog is safe and well cared for at Dogtopia.

The staff is great and my dog loves attending! He has gained valuable social skills and really benefits from attending.
I feel that the daycare staff could play with the dogs more. It seems like most of the time the dogs are walking around the room and not doing much else. The staff member in with the dogs hasnt been super warm or playful with the dogs in the mornings. I can see this from the webcams.
The person in the afternoon seems to let them and talk to them but the morning person I find very cold with the dogs. Also, the other day there were at least 5 spots of urine on the floor and the person working was in the corner off camera for a while – I was honestly wondering if she had left the room.
I understand toys may be hard with so many dogs but there has to be some activities they can do with the dogs.
