From the moment I walked into Dogtopia the staff were super friendly. Dorriana really helped me feel comfortable leaving Penny for her first by answering all my questions and assuring me Penny would be cared for. The next day Jamie called to check in and that was also very kind to know that she took the time out to connect.

I also like the lunch menu. It’s healthy and not heavy. My german shepherd doesn’t want to poop indoor, so the menu fits her best.
Also you clean dogs a bit before letting them out.
I wanted an opportunity to ensure I’m dog is social and learns how to interact with other dogs. This place has so much opportunity for my pup to learn social interaction in a safe place while I am at work.
Everyone seems to genuinely love dogs
When I ask, I’m able to find out about my dogs day – who she played with, etc.
The grooming services are excellent and convenient as well.

Convenience
Nail groomer Tyler is the only one I would go to in the city to cut and grind my dogs nails. All the staff is friendly
