The care and concern that is shown by all the staff for our dog. They take the time to understand who he is and make sure he is getting the best experience

I like how my dogs get to interact with different dogs. That they are supervised. That the interact with the monitors on the floor.
I am having a problem though with how I think one of my dogs has regressed in terms of potty training. She seems have forgotten.
