Good website, easy to make reservations
Great customer service, my dog is always happy at daycare and looks forward to going every time. I know that she is safe and well taken care of which is a huge relief for me.
I honestly think she was upset to leave all of her friends when we picked her up from boarding for 5 days. She did not seem impressed to be back home with us.
It’s such a positive experience for my dog that it is the only place that she will let anyone trim her nails because she get so anxious elsewhere.
From the beginning, the staff have been welcoming and friendly. You can tell they love what they do.
They are a professional business (I was greeted when I came in, someone quickly went to get my dog, etc) and there is good communication (follow-up call the day after our first visit, reminder texts for the meet and greet, the business replied to my email promptly). I also like the all-day camera footage where we can view the dogs. There seems to be adequate supervision and interaction between staff and dogs as well while the dogs are playing.

The only thing I haven’t tried at doctopia is the overnight sdays and I can tell you right now. I love everything about that octopia. I go to at Lionhead the people are great and my dog’s love it. They even dance and pull us into this.
