It’s been a wonderful experience using Dogtopia. The staff are friendly and personable. They know their customers (especially the ones with four legs!) and great everyone enthusiastically.
I peak in every so often when my boy is in daycare and the room is always so well managed, dogs happy, and someone is always cleaning the rooms. I also love that they allow space (kennels) for dogs to calm down some if they get too excited before accidents happen.
I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate the sanitation. And my dog loves it. He does a happy dance as soon as we pull up! He’s never likes strangers before and he loves everyone he’s met at Dogtopia!
The staff is amazing! My dog is not an easy dog, but she loves Dogtopia because of the special care she receives.
Friendly, helpful, good with the dogs
My husband and I are very pleased with the service Charlie and Ruby received recently on their three day stay at Dogtopia, Manassas. The puppies were shy at first, but seemingly warmed up to other puppies within a day. Staff was very supportive, enthusiastic and competent. We plan to be back in the near future. The only suggestion we have is to have a camera in the area to the front where a lot of the times Ruby and Charlie were at, and we could not view them on webcam.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly.
The staff is very pleasant and attentive.
Drop off and pick up was great. People where friendly and very dog friendly. The app had problems when adding new clients though. Hopefully the app will work for the next visit, as I plan on having my dog stay for a week when we go on vacation.
The canine coaches at Dogtopia are the best! My dog is fearful and the team at Dogtopia makes sure she doesn’t get overwhelmed or bullied by other dogs. She’s always excited to see her canine coaches when I bring her in for daycare.
