The personalized approach that your staff took to help our dog have a good experience. I felt like everyone cared about our dog even though there are so many dogs there.. they seem to notice how her day is going.
It feels like there have been a lot of staff changes lately, still learning the new people and it feels like they are still learning the processes

Milo loves it at Dogtopia! I like the ease of dropping him off, making daycare appointments and very friendly staff. I also like the various theme days and enrichment classes. We’ve also used the spa and boarding for him. Nice to have a fun & safe place for him to go when we’re out of town
Clear communication with staff while we are out of state. They send pictures. Our dogs get plenty of play and rest time.. They have plenty of staff interacting and overseeing the dogs.
We feel confident that they are well taken care of when we are gone. I highly recommend Dogtopia!

Mia enjoys going to play with her friends and I like that I can check up on her with the web cam.
We are greeted each morning upon arrival. My fur baby likes going and she is super tired when she arrives home.
Our dog is known by many of the staff, she is tired at the end of the day and seems happy and well cared for.
