I loved that I received text message updates from the staff while boarding my dog there for 9 days. I also loved that I could check in on him whenever I wanted and received very prompt replies from the staff. It’s so fun to be able to look in on the webcams to see our dog playing and seeing how he was getting along with others. I also loved that the staff gave us a printed picture of him from his first visit and a printed progress report from his first night. So sweet and something that we can keep forever.
The regular comminucation and updates were wondercul.
The caring nature of the staff. Also, they always have great communication and send me updates which puts me at ease that my dog is being taken such good care of when I am away.
