It is clear that the staff are well trained in animal behaviors, and that they care about the dogs they serve and their families.
My pug loves it there! Everyone is always happy to see her and welcomes us.
The staff is always warm and inviting. They always greet my dog in a welcoming manner and they make sure he gets his sweater or coat on before we leave. They always seem to have my dog’s best interest in mind.
