Very happy so far! I was worried about my boxer with people anxiety but my heart was so full when I was watching the video and saw the staff member leaning down to hug and pet him and he wasn’t scared. He allowed it and wanted more love. It usually takes multiple interactions for him to become comfortable. This happened on day 1 –

Friendly, happy to see me and my dog and share often something they love about her or she did that day without prompting!

they are very good to my dog, and my dog is so excited when we’re on our way there to play with her friends. It is fantastic socialization as well as growth and development and if we do go out of town, we know she loves it there and she knows we’re coming to get her so she doesn’t feel bad but it’s a great place for her to play

The staff at Dogtopia – Bel Air is friendly and helpful to the dog “parents” and they just love the pups who come to play. Jake is always wagging his tail and eager to join his pals in the Romper Room. We love the event days with special treats and the photo days!

Best place to let your pup burn energy especially when the weather is bad..my girls loves dogtopia. You can watch your pup interact with the webcams and you can see they clean the floors as soon as pups make a mess!! They care about your dog’s health!

The associates at the front desk are very friendly. I also love that I can see what is going on with my dog via the webcams. I am also able to see how clean the facility is. While my dog was there, any messes were cleaned up immediately so that the dogs would not get messy.

Watched dogs very well and environment seems safe and fun
