Your dog’s safety is always our top priority. Our team is trained and certified by two nationally recognized canine behavior associations, and our open-play rooms are supervised by experienced Canine Coaches. Dogs are carefully grouped with others of similar size, temperament, and play style, and all must be fully vaccinated and pass our Dogtopia evaluation before joining the pack. From your first visit to every daycare stay, your dog will be in capable, caring hands right here in Franklin.

Our Franklin Village facility is designed with your dog’s comfort, safety, and health as top priorities. We feature three spacious indoor playrooms equipped with premium, specialized flooring that is both cushioned and pet-friendly. This unique two-layer system combines a soft rubber base with a seamless, non-porous surface to create a comfortable, hygienic space that supports joint and paw health.

Each playroom is climate-controlled to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round, ensuring your pup stays cool in the summer and cozy during New England winters. Our advanced HVAC systems help keep the air clean and fresh throughout the day.

Cleanliness is a top priority. We thoroughly sanitize our playrooms multiple times daily using biologically safe, pet-friendly cleaning products, creating a safe and healthy environment for every dog.

For added peace of mind, we offer live webcams in every playroom, so you can check in on your pup anytime from your phone or computer (excluding rest periods and overnight stays).

Your dog’s safety is always our number one focus. Our highly trained Canine Coaches complete a rigorous training program developed by canine behavior experts, allowing them to monitor group play, recognize subtle body language cues, and safely manage dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
