Meet Amber, one of the kindest souls you’ll ever come across at Dogtopia of Franklin. Though she’s only been with us for three months, her impact is already shining through. On a journey of self-discovery, Amber brings warmth, compassion, and a deep love for pups into everything she does.
Each time those sweet puppy dog eyes look up at her, she’s reminded to slow down and appreciate the little joys in life. While still new to management, Amber is already showing that she leads with empathy, understanding, and heart. For her, success isn’t just about outcomes—it’s about making sure both people and pups feel valued, supported, and set up to thrive. We’re lucky to have her on the team!
