Meet the Team
Erica Slader, General Manager
Erica Slader started her Dogtopia journey in 2020 as a Coach, and she’s been hooked ever since. She loves having a career where no two days are the same and where she’s always learning something new—especially when it comes to caring for dogs.
Safety is always Erica’s top priority, but fun is a very close second! She’s happiest when she sees pups having the time of their lives in a positive, structured play environment where they can be themselves.
Erica also loves building relationships with Pet Parents. She knows that dropping off your dog means trusting someone with a member of your family, and she never takes that lightly. She’ll always go the extra mile to make sure both pups and their people feel comfortable, confident, and excited about all the benefits daycare has to offer.
