The staff and service at Dogtopia of Norwell has been excellent. All services that we used, daycare, boarding, and spa are excellent and that’s why we keep coming back.
I’m sure if my dog Kookie can talk, she’ll say the same thing.
The staff and service are excellent at Dogtopia of Norwell. Absolutely no complaints there.
One thing that I still don’t get is why I need to pay a full day of daycare when dropping off our dog for boarding 30mins before boarding time begins. And I was told that even if I drop off my dog at 6:59pm, I still get charged $48.
If not for that concern of mine, I would’ve given at rating of 10.
I’m hoping corporate will revisit this policy because we love the service provided by Dogtopia of Norwell.

Everyone seems to really love dogs. The fact that all dogs are screened is important and floors are always being wiped or cleaned. Duke is always happy to go to daycare there!
