I can’t thank the team enough for the incredible care they provided for my pet during his boarding stay. While I was away on vacation, they went above and beyond by quickly recognizing an emergency situation, getting him to the ER, and safely bringing him back to the facility while keeping a close eye on him throughout the entire process.

Their responsiveness, compassion, communication, and genuine concern gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. The team kept me updated end to end and treated my pet like family. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and dedication.

Availability and the staff

Dogtopia is convenient, safe and a very clean place. The staff is wonderful and Mocha likes the staff .

First and utmost, the communication between staff and us parents. Our pup was having some stomach issues, and there was constant communication the entire time he was being boarded. It gave us a peace of mind while we were out of town.

The people always make the difference! This team goes above and beyond to take care of my 4 legged child.

I love how easy it is to change my plan, and the different options they provide.
