We love the personal touch that the employees give to my pup. They know his name, they greet him with lots of hugs, and always communicating if there are issues or if they have questions when my pup is boarding.

I like the smaller groups of dogs. The other places which are very nice there are a lot more dogs. I watch non stop on the webcams and all the people working there seem to really love dogs. And what I like the most is my dog is very excited when she gets there so that means she likes it which is all that matters .

Dogtopia McKinney staff are wonderful, caring people and they always take great care of my 2 Boston Terriers that attend daycare and boarding. I never have to worry when I drop my pups off. Plus there is a webcam available, so I can watch them in play whenever I’d like. It’s fun to watch all the pups and coaches play and interact.

I’ve been to 2 different locations, McKinney and Richardson. I won’t use the Richardson location again even though it’s a mile from where I work and would be more convenient for me. The people in McKinney are much more personal and engaging. I’ve used the daycare, boarding and grooming services in McKinney. It’s the only place I’ve taken our dog for a couple of years now. The people are great and our dog is always excited to be there. The groomer does a great job with our Yorkiepoo.

Smokey absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. Everyone who works at Dogtopia knows his name, and eager to learn his behavior to make sure he has the best time while there. If something is going on, the employees will try to access the situation and come up with a plan to make all the dogs happy and comfortable. We love Dogtopia!

Very friendly staff, options for daycare boarding and spa, love the calendar with all the different things going on and being able to watch him on the webcams is amazing! This was Leo’s first visit, and he thoroughly enjoyed himself! He can’t wait to visit again!
