Honesty and friendly staff

Jack and Georgie had a blast at spa day! We will be coming back very soon. Jack smells so fresh and Georgie’s hair cut looks so adorable he even feels better with more energy!

Convenient location, great grooming services, great customer service, and the fact that my dog came back happy. 🙂

I love the coaches at the daycare the owner Mrs. Kim seems to love all her dogs and she has hired great staffing also miss oreo love her BFF there and kove going. I did wonder how I would like it after reading the reviews and some was not so nice. But I tried them out gave them a chance and now my husband mom takes her dog. You don’t get a referral discount which I think you should. But I still take my baby there because she loves it. I will be boarding her for the 1st time and I will review that after we get back. I hope they don’t let me down with boarding. But we will see

Be sure that client’s requests for specific services are handled. The last two times I boarded my dog for an extended period I requested that his nails be trimmed prior to picking him up. Each time I was told that they did not get around to it.

Overall I have been pleased with the care and services provided.

The staff is amazing,courteous and excited to to see each dog. The app is well designed allowing for scheduling and webcam access to view your pet while playing. Love this place and my doggie does too!

The staff is super friendly. I was comfortable leaving my fur baby with someone else for the first time.
