We had one not very good visit and the staff worked hard to make it right. Ever since then, Trevor is always welcomed with open arms and treated very well.

I enjoy the services proved by the acting Manager

The fur babies are well taken care of. They get to meet new friends and play their hearts out. They come home exhausted from fun fun fun!

It’s easy: it was easy to sign up, easy to change days, easy to schedule. The app is great but you can reach actual people if you need to. But the absolute best thing are the people – they are absolute angels here on earth!!!!!

Paisley always had the best times with you guys! your team always energetically greet her when she walks through the door! She is always in good hands with you guys!

My only concern and negative feedback is sometimes watching certain staff in the room. There is one female who consistently cages the dogs and pulls them very aggressively throughout the room. It has made me question sending my dog here at times because I’m almost not trusting of that particular staff member in the room.

Would love to see more organized activities that used to be part of the day package including bubbles, play time etc.

Everyone is very friendly. There was a time a few months ago where there was a man at the front desk, and he wasn’t friendly at all. However, when I brought my dog this week the familiar friendly ladies were present, and I was pleased to see them. Everyone (except the man that was there a few months ago) are kind, gentle, personable and wonderful with the dogs. The facility is very clean, and my dog always has a wonderful time!

Staff is friendly.
