The only thing that was missing was an outdoor area. Our dog loves to be outside to play and go for walks.

Friendly staff that know my dog by sight. Good service and care as well as detailed report if anything goes wrong with my dog while under their care. Cameras are great to check in during the day.

We feel there are staffing issues on the weekends and we understand that is realistic. However, the level of care in my experienced opinion is diminished. The cameras aren’t on as often as they should be and the dogs aren’t given ample time to play and run like they would during the week. For all I know the dogs are eating at 5 to 6 PM and then being penned up until whatever time the next morning and I feel a lot of people would take issue with that. My family and I still recommend Dogtopia to friends and family because of the cleanliness. The prices have gone up, which is understandable however, measures need to be taken to ensure the weekend care is just as good as the weekday care. A lot of families pay a lot of money for their dogs to go there so I don’t think there should be issues in hiring more people to appropriately staff the weekends.
