Am a new customer, so have only had the meet and greet; however, I was very impressed with the facilities and offerings.
Very friendly staff
The staff is very friendly and professional, my dog Myla is always excited to go to Dogtopia and she has a great time while she is there.
We had one not very good visit and the staff worked hard to make it right. Ever since then, Trevor is always welcomed with open arms and treated very well.

The fur babies are well taken care of. They get to meet new friends and play their hearts out. They come home exhausted from fun fun fun!
It’s easy: it was easy to sign up, easy to change days, easy to schedule. The app is great but you can reach actual people if you need to. But the absolute best thing are the people – they are absolute angels here on earth!!!!!
