Your staff truly loves my dog. They all know the both of us by name. I know my dog is in great hands and will be having a great time when I drop her off for the day.
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable. The cameras as to me being able to check on my fur baby well I’m away at work.. the report process is so cool. it feels very inviting for me to leave my fur baby there.
I really felt that they cared about my dog here

Everything! Auggie has the best time while he is there and we know he is safe and is loved by all of the staff.
Just a few suggestions:
Name tags somehow– I only know a few of the staff others I can just describe and that feels so impersonal.
Longer hours on the weekends!!! This would be a huge help for us sports parents and others parents as well.
No more price hikes please!!!!!!!
