I love all the people that work there. They are so nice and really live animals so much.
Rooms are frequently put together due to staffing and sometimes there are a lot of dogs when I watch, mine is never in the room she’s intended to be in because of it. I just recently watched my dog be placed into in a crate when when she wasnt even playing with another dog at that moment so im not sure why, maybe there were simply too many(over 17 that i counted) but then she was in it for 18min…im all for a break when needed, but honestly Im not sure what the reason was? My dogs bed was ripped by another dog by mistake when it was in another room, but I was told this when I picked her up from our vacation and asked if someone told me About it already and that I was being reimbursed but no one knew how or when, it’s been 3days and I still haven’t heard, so I will have to call I guess, but makes me wonder did my dog then not have a bed to sleep on one or all of the nights?? What night did that happen?
We feel that the staff is very accommodating when it comes to Blake, our elderly dog.
You are always very accommodating including last minute appointments. The daycare and Spa services are always great!
Noelle absolutely loves coming to daycare. She enjoys playing with all her friends and hanging out with the canine coaches. I love how I can drop her off in the morning and go to work without worrying if she’s okay because I know the staff loves her as much as I do and they make sure she’s taken care of all day. All the employees are all so warm and welcoming and treat each pup as if they are their own. I also love all the fun crafts they do with the dogs and I get to have keepsakes that I can cherish forever. So glad we made the decision to send Noelle to Dogtopia in Milford.
. Overall , I know that our dog is safe and cared for . The ancillary services that are provided are a bonus. You can always talk to the owner if you have a concern.
