The environment for my nervous-natured dog is incredibly beneficial and wonderful. He is always so excited whenever we say “want to go to daycare?” !!!!!
My dog is shy and anxious from past trauma so when she first started attending Dogtopia, she was terrified. After a few weeks she started to love it there. The canine coaches treat her so well and she’s become very comfortable. I also use them for boarding so it’s great to watch her on the live camera while I’m away, seeing her happily running around and playing with the other dogs.
Everything was clean. Smelled great. I don’t recall the name of the woman that toured the facility with me but she was phenomenal. Very professional, a perfect first look at the company. Loved Lily’s report card and swag bag! Looking forward to more visits

My dog is my fur baby and I feel she safe and loved and well taken care of. The Dogtopia staff clearly love their jobs and of course dogs. It is fabulous to be able to check out the cameras and see different playrooms. My dog takes daily medication and the staff administered it with no problems.
From the moment you walk in you feel the doggie love!
I wish there was a room for just small dogs. Currently, toybox is meant for small dogs but there are larger dogs in there and I would love a room dedicated just to small dogs. I also wish some of the staff were better trained/paid more attention to what is going on in the room instead of being on their phones or having their back turned or just ignoring the humping/rough play. Also I believe the cameras should be on at all times, even during nap time, but our dog does seem to enjoy going there and the staff is friendly and the facility is clean and the activties are so much for the pups as well as the parents.
