Staff is very friendly and does a great job with our dog. Ownership was also wonderful about fixing an issue we had and more than made up for the mistake.

Prices are a bit high, especially for the spa. i wish the dogs would be taken outside one more time per day. Otherwise, pretty happy.

Everybody is super friendly. They know me and my dog on sight, and my dog seems to always enjoy being there. I also love the spa services and suite accommodations.

My dog loves to go there and play with other dogs. It is convenient and I am often able to sign up with spots available at the last minute. I also like the webcam.
