Our indoor playrooms are uniquely designed to focus on the needs of our playing pups:

• Rather than one large, shared space, we’ve divided our three playrooms with soundproof, floor-to-ceiling walls to boost safety and eliminate distractions from dogs in other rooms.
  • Toybox room is for dogs under 30 lbs.
  • Romper room is for dogs over 30 lbs. and more energetic in their play style
  • Gym room is for dogs over 30 lbs. and a more relaxed play style
• Unlike other facilities that may use cement, our flooring provides a comfortable surface for dogs to play on, thanks to its compressed rubberized material. This design helps maintain the health of their hips, joints, and paw pads. Our flooring will feel like your pup is wearing the comfiest sneakers!
• To maintain cleanliness, our facility uses an advanced HVAC system that filters fresh, clean air into our playrooms every 11 minutes. This system also allows us to control the climate of each playroom so we can keep the temperature just right no matter what the weather is like outside.
• To enhance security, we have installed double-barrier doors that provide additional space between our playrooms and the main hall. That way, all entries and exits are carefully controlled and monitored.

Our spacious outdoor play area has been designed to provide a safe and easy to clean large grass-like turf area for dogs to enjoy the fresh outdoor air and continue to make BFFFs® (Best Furry Friends Forever). DOG DAYCARE AND BOARDING REQUIREMENTS

Before your dog can visit our facility, they must first check off the following requirements:

• At least 12 weeks old
• Spayed/neutered if seven months and older (may differ depending on development)
• Vaccinated with an updated record, including Bordetella, Rabies, and DHLPP/DHPP (also known as distemper/parvo)
• Free from any communicable conditions like fleas or ticks and in good overall health
• Non-aggressive

DOGTOPIA’S MEET & GREET ASSESSMENT

We’re excited to welcome you and your furry companion to our facility! Our Meet & Greet is a 20–30-minute evaluation designed to help our team determine if an off-leash, open-play environment is a good fit for your dog. All Dogtopia locations implement this assessment; it’s just one of the ways we ensure a safe space for all doggie guests to thrive.

We’ll review your dog’s health history, complete a brief check, and introduce them to a small group to assess comfort, play style, and social skills in our open-play dog daycare environment. We’ll also familiarize them with rest areas used for daycare and overnight boarding.

While your pup participates, we’ll give you a tour and answer any questions about our dog daycare and boarding services.

After the assessment, we’ll let you know if your dog is ready to join daycare. If so—they can start right away!
