clean rooms. staff show great care with the dogs in their care

My dog is well taken care of and happy. I’m glad he has a place where he can get himself tired out while I’m at work.

There is a very welcoming atmosphere right from the start. I appreciated being shown the facility at the meet & greet. Everything was very clean. I felt like there was a lot of care to get to know my dog before just putting him in the room with the rest. The staff is incredibly friendly. There are so many wonderful touches they do that made me and my dog feel very welcome. My dog came home happy and exhausted.

Friendly stuff, nice and clean environment, and live cam to watch the pets.

The staff welcome our pup with a big smile. They’re always willing to add on baths, nails or food if needed. The facility is very clean and doesn’t smell of dog urine or poop. They have been incredibly helpful with app complications. We love University Dogtopia!

The staff were welcoming and informative. They took time with my girl to make her comfortable before introducing her to the other pups. The facility was clean and free of odors. We’ll be back soon!
