The concept that any missed days during enrollment can’t be rolled over to the next week is disappointing. Some weeks I may need 3 days of daycare and others I may only need 1, so it would be nice to have that flexibility or have a monthly enrollment option. Otherwise I do like the weekly enrollment. The webcams are awesome!! It’s really comforting to be able to see my little guy when I’m working and know that he’s having fun. I also love the report cards. With boarding, I think it would be nice to get a picture each night or at least the first night of my dog all “tucked in”. It would have helped me rest easier knowing he was comfortable. But it was also the first time ever boarding him so I was just nervous in general. Maybe more interaction like playing fetch or chase with the dogs, but I understand why you might not introduce toys or interact with the pups too much too. Overall I’m happy with Dogtopia and I’m sure the kinks will get worked out as the business grows 🙂
