Meet the Team
Sophie and Ian Nancekivell, Owners
Sophie and Ian are a dedicated husband-and-wife team, with Sophie serving as the General Manager. Together, they share their lives with a 5-year-old chocolate Labrador named Kota, who is an integral part of their family, as well as 3-year-old twin daughters who adore their puppy!
In addition to Sophie and Ian, our team includes an Assistant General Manager, a Shift Lead, Rovers, and Canine Coaches. All staff members undergo extensive training to ensure they provide the highest quality care for your dogs. We are committed to creating a safe and loving environment where every pet feels at home.

Erin has worn many hats here at Dogtopia of Saint Paul — from Canine Coach to Rover to Front Desk superstar, and now Assistant General Manager— and has shown incredible leadership, dedication, and love for our pups every step of the way.
