Pricing and friendly services, as well as the various activities offered for the dogs. The space is really good also.
I love the team, the flexibility in days/hours you’re open and how safe I feel leaving my pup with you all for the past (almost) 3 years!
Facilities and the people
The web connection is pretty choppy, seems both on the app and web browser versions. More stable connectivity to watch my pup would be helpful. The app also doesn’t seem to capture my pups details and I had to enter information via a web link and doesn’t seem like all the info transferred over to the app. Her birthday is wrong as and breed not chosen.
I love that Dogtopia Meadowvale is a clean and friendly environment where I can take my dog to play, exercise and socialize. The staff here are fantastic – experienced, friendly and caring. I also really appreciate the on site grooming and boarding options.
Ensuring safety of dogs properly assessed and monitored. Hero’s of operation are excellent as not racing from work for pick up. Friendly and caring staff who provide updates amd answers any questions. Video to observe for peace of mind.
I do find that the caretakers don’t pay a lot of attention to the dogs, I think there should be 2 of them in the rooms, I know that puppies are often in the beach room but they can be a bit bigger than the small dogs in there, they need a lot of direction and play. I can ignore my dog at home but take him there for the stimulation and socialization. I often take a look in when my dog spends a day there and I see the caretaker wandering around but not engaging a lot with the dogs or keeping an eye on a new dog being dominated by another dog (not just mine but I do see that happening as well).

Staff are incredibly friendly! They know each dog’s name, and I could see that dogs coming into the center are excited to be there. They are very intentional about every experience of the dogs. And they tailor-fit their care and approach to the needs of the dog.
Easy and convenient to use. Our dog loves his daycare days .
