The staff at Dogtopia Meadowvale are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the dogs in their care.

Very friendly patient staff. Very welcoming. I like I can look in on my pet to see how she is doing.

Would like to see a little more interaction with the dogs. Every time I look on the web cam the person in with the dogs is just walking around.

We love and appreciate the staff friendliness, not just with us but with our little pup too, we love hearing how our champ fared with end of day updates when we pick him up and webcam access is great!
Plus daycare is a great way for my dog to mingle with other doggies in age/ size appropriate rooms.

Our pup comes home happy, exhausted, and really looks forward to her day there. She gets excellent, supervised social time, and the added benefit of Pawsh Spa is a great add-on for when she needs pampering. The friendly, knowledgeable staff are excellent with her, and I love that I feel confident leaving her for the day.

I like that there is a process for approving dogs by checking their vaccination records and evaluating them prior to putting them in one of the rooms. The reception process is good as well, fairly quick to drop off or pick up my dog. I think she has an OK time and I know it’s important for her to keep socializing with other dogs.

Customer Sevice is superb

The staff demonstrate real caring for the dogs. I can be at work and not worry about how Zoe is doing. She loves it and it is so good for her to spend time playing with other dogs.
