Friendly staff and excellent service.

Caring staff. Provide feedback. Flexibility of scheduling

Always friendly and accommodating.
My dog loves going there and it is clean.

This is not just a dog sitting store. This is a group of people who genuinely care about their responsibilities. They watch all the dogs with a love and dedication. I would be less comfortable if all Dogtopia did was watch and feed our pets. There is a care and concern for the safety and happiness of each. I am greeted by name (and by my pet’s name too). They know my pet very well, which makes leaving him there easier for me. They know how my dog behaves when he first comes in and how his comfort level develops over the course of the day. The staff tries to add stimulation by making up events and also with the inclusion of pet friendly furniture to climb onto. They do crate pets who exhibit even the slightest aggressive behavior.

I have a 6 month old Beagle puppy named Buttons that I wanted to have some social time for. You came highly recommended . Her meet & greet went well and I’ve started off with half/day playtime weekly. The staff there is very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions.

Reassuring, personable and professional staff.

Staff pays attention to my dog and her specific personality and needs. Each one is different!
I appreciate the patience and loving response they always give me as the owner as well as my dog.
