It seems to be run fairly well.
Staff is so friendly and professional. The ap is a great way to request appointments and manage my schedule
All the staff is top notch. From being totally welcoming when we drop Sadie off, through the day and at pickup time, they are friendly, caring, hard working and love the dogs in their care.
The staffing is excellent as there is little turn around, if any. This allows the dogs to get to know everyone.
In my case, they are flexible with the changes I need to make for Sadie’s care, due to my schedule changes.
We love Dogtopia.

You took the time to get to know my dog. Nigel loved his stay. The only thing that would be a nice improvement is that the WebCams seem to not work very well. When I called to see how he was doing the staff were kind enough to give me an update on how he was doing. Many thanks

Great staff, secure space, the dogs enjoy it. I do wish the dogs were a bit more entertained. When i check the webcam they are often standing around or staring at the window waiting for pick up.
