The staff are super friendly and helpful, they always have time to answer our questions which puts us at ease. I love that dogtopia have webcams so I can check-in and see how our dog is getting on.

Very friendly staff. I like that there is always someone with the dogs to supervise and that they try to get to know your dog and their specific needs to feel comfortable.

An introduction at the door upon meet & greet explaining the interview process would clarify what’s being done (observing dog).

Don’t love the toileting process inside the same room around a small hydrant, but I guess it’s safer than possibly losing a dog outside. Worried that it will confuse my pup.

I’m not one to board my dog, but had hoped it might be an option. I was disappointed to learn that no one is on shift for a night got forbid there is an emergency with one of the dogs or the facility.

Lastly, I do find the service to be a good one, and although worth it, a bit cost prohibitive. I wish they were packages of days I could use/purchase in advance for a more affordable amount.

Otherwise, I still really love the concept of open play all day and my dog really had a wonderful time.

Easy meet and greet. Wrong and professional staff. My dog is tired and happy and has new friends.
