Friendly staff, always open when they say they will be, our dog loves going there

Sometimes the webcam doesn’t work

Love love love Erica! She’s always so sweet with Mia (my pup) and has created a fun atmosphere for drop off and pick up. I feel really confident Mia will have a great time whenever she’s at daycare/boarding. Thank you so much to the entire Myrtle Ave Team for giving me the option to take a small vacay without needing to worry about my pup!!!

Everyone there is always so kind to my sweet dog, who is nervous going in for a bath. They’re always very patient with him and I feel comfortable leaving him there.

Receptionist are very friendly and welcoming. Staff are just the same. They show compassion and kindness to my baby boy.

the staff is wonderful! my dog RUNS into dogtopia every time he arrives – has so much fun and is worn out after. we are huge fans !

The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. My dog is very timid and usually shakes uncontrollably when I take her to day care. By day 4 of Dogtopia Myrtle Ave. she ran right up to the staff at the front desk and seemed excited to be there. I can tell they are doing everything they can to make her feel comfortable and it’s working. Truly blown away!

I would like to mention that lately, it has been a bit chaotic to pick up at the end of the day—there are confused lines, long waits, etc. Not a big deal, but it was way better before.
