Clean & friendly space. The dogs are watched closely and well cared for.
I wish the organization was open later. When I go to the office in Manhattan, it takes me an hour to get back to Dogtopia. It is nowhere near the subway and I believe most people that drop their dog off, work in Manhattan and get off work around 6. 7pm cut off time just doesn’t give enough buffer for people to comfortably pick up their pet. With subway delays or days at work getting delayed, it makes me nervous to use this on a daily basis. Also, the price is really expensive for single days. I wish it was a little cheaper.
We love the staff. The dogs love the staff. My dog is thrilled to go each day and happy when I pick him up. Prices are reasonable. Open one in Manhattan!

The staff has also gone above and beyond to help me and my pup in moments where I desperately needed assistance with her care, both for daycare and boarding. Elyse has heard me cry over the phone countless times, and she has always been caring and reassuring.
Thomas, Divine, Carlos, Diamond, Anaya, and Erika are so loving and professional. And they are only the ones I’ve interacted directly with.
Whenever I drop her off, I feel relieved to know she is in a safe place, with her pup friends, and being cared for by professional and loving coaches.
