Great staff! Nothing else gets my puppy as tired as a fun filled day at Dogtopia. It’s great to be able to check on him with the webcams while I’m at work/ on vacation

Everyone at Dogtopia is always kind and professional. You can tell that their employees genuinely love dogs, making it easy to leave our dog with them. I also appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them via text.

sometimes have to wait on staff in the morning to come and get dogs, lobby starts to fill up. otherwise I have no issues and recommend dogtopia to almost everyone i know looking for doggy daycare or boarding. They are extremely accommodating; its in a great central location in new orleans. The staff is incredibly friendly and absolutely great with the dogs. they always have great activities throughout the month. my dog is always excited every time I pull in the parking lot.

We love Dogtopia!!! Our lab, Banks loves going to Dogtopia everyday! He does the Top Dog membership and those few days when he doesn’t go, he wimpers. He is eager to go in the am and doesn’t want to leave in the pm! Love the staff and feel totally at ease knowing that Banks is in their care. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The parking and roads to the facility are horrendous!! The rear access to the facility road feels like I am going through a bombed out road in Baghdad

I love the staff and am so thankful for them taking care of my pup! He means the world to me and he loves coming to play and stay overnight when he can. As a working dog mom with a pup that has separation anxiety, it gives me peace of mind to know I can bring him to a comfortable place that he really enjoys. I started bringing him to Dogtopia a while back so obviously I enjoy all the special touches and things the staff does to keep me updated and in the loop. My only suggestion is that sometimes my work schedule changes and I think in the past the policies were more flexible with accepting him on short notice which was really helpful in those times! Sometimes when I try to book an appointment in advance it can take a while to get a response back and I have to make other arrangements for him, but all in all, since he’s been at Dogtopia the hours have expanded and the staff is really always flexible with staying late and allowing early drop offs as needed. It’s really appreciated! A huge thanks to the staff who is always really friendly and so loving!

This is hands down one of the best Dogtopia locations – we are traveling and have been to quite a few. We were welcomed immediately and treated like family, the staff worked to learn about our dogs while also education us about how their specific location works. Top notch service and staff, 10/10!!!!
