Personalized service. Friendly and professional staff. The ability to get agility and one-on-one time for my dog.
Our dogs love Dogtopia. If it wasn’t a good facility, the dogs would not be excited to walk through the doors.
The staff is friendly
Reimburse Roxy Vet bill for her injury. I had to miss work for 4 days to take care of her. She was just injured last year seriously and it took me over 4 months to get reimbursed. You really need camera so you know what dog is responsible or have dogs better supervised. The last injury you can still see her scars and the dog was expelled by the Manager but they refused to pay.
