Friendly people at the front desk. It’s very quick and easy to drop our pet off, which is hugely important on a work day. I love seeing pics of our dog on instagram and her pet report cards are adorable.

Everyone is so kind to me and loving w my Charlotte 🐶💜. The grooming is convenient and I swear it’s the only place she lets someone cut her nails! Hours are convenient, staff is amazing! The crafts and special events are very creative. I can’t say enough about how wonderful you all are.
The people that work her are great & I love the cameras so I can view my pup throughout the day.
The enthusiasm of the girls to the dogs. My dog loves coming.
Smells great, friendly staff, can leave our dogs favorite things with them overnight and the ability to see my dog on the camera.
The staff is outstanding! My dogs pull me to the door when we arrive. They can’t wait to go play. They also like to say hello and goodbye to their canine coaches on the way out. All of the above is a sign that whatever the staff is doing, it’s working!
Wonderful staff who seem to enjoy what they do! My little Shitzu/Bishon mix loves it! Little dogs are separate from big dogs. Great for last minute plans when you can drop and go!
