Staff are friendly and love Sophie. Love the additional service array such as baths and puppies cups.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer private game sessions and various dog bath services. Most importantly, our dog is always excited to be there so I know he’s being treated well while there.

Everyone on the staff is so frieNelly! – even though my dog doesn’t come often, she is always recognized by the staff as soon as we in. I appreciate that the manager gets to know her clients – when I come in to pick my dog up, she knows which one I’m there for before I even have to ask. They have also provided my dog with kibble when needed, the crafts are adorable, and I know my dog is in good hands.
