The staff is wonderful and I am always sure my dog is in excellent hands!

I feel very confident that our dog is cared for at Dogtopia. They are friendly and the place is in a nice location.

I especially like the cameras so I can see my dog during the dsy

I like the updates you get on your dogs. I like how the staff doesn’t treat every dog the same, or keep them on the same schedule if it does not work for them. Not every dog eats breakfast @7 am or gets up early etc. Staff is very kind and accommodating

Maybe an buzzer, camera or someway to let the people in the back know a client is at the door waiting to drop off or pick up? I know some people will abuse that & make you crazy but I have had a few instances where I have had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back. I know it is hard to get the correct amount of staff and things happen, everyone is super nice and I am sure they are busy but I drop off my dog because I have to go to work so this is sometimes and issue.
