Easy drop off and pick with typically someone readily available the moment we arrive. Very flexible schedule and can usually accomodate last-minute changes/requests

I love that everyone there is so happy to see Charlotte! The groomers are able to cut her nails for me which is a challenge! The hours are flexible and I would feel comfortable boarding her if I had to, I know she will be treated very well

The staff are very nice and friendly. I love the structure of the daycare. Having access to the cameras in the play rooms is nice. It gives me so much relief seeing how my fur baby is doing with her furry friends.

I think the staff is awesome. Incredibly friendly. Most important I feel my dog is safe and taking care of.

Safety precautions, trained staff

I like that there was always a human in the room with all the dogs. Having access to a WebCam was an added bonus! During the holidays, there were a lot of extra fun things for the dogs to do – photos of Santa, craft projects, letters to Santa, etc. All staff members were always very friendly, and the place was kept very clean.

I appreciated the time that the staff took to get to know all about Chewy prior to bringing him back to the playroom, the in depth explanation of the facilities and the care and love that Chewy had while at dogtopia
